FEBS3+ is a FEBS supported regional conference, where at least 3 geographically close member states have to participate. In 2019 FEBS3+ conference will be held in Riga and organized together with Lithuanian and Estonian Biochemical societies. A somewhat similar event was held already in 2018 in Dubingiai, near Vilnius as XV conference of Lithuanian Biochemical Society, where Latvian and Estonian Societies participated as well, however, without financial support from FEBS.
The 2019. conference is expected to host 100-200 scientistss from all three Baltic States, performing their research in biochemistry, moleular biology, biomedicine and other biochemistry-related areas. The conference will last for three full days (June 17th-19th) and the first day (June 17th) will be reserved for young researchers, performing their MSc, PhD or postdoc projects.
